Psychologist · Board Certified Coach · Educational Therapist · Founder & Partner of BluZan and Cerebros Creativos
Wife and mother of three adult sons, I am a clinical psychologist and Board Certified Coach (BCC – NBCC/CCE) dedicated to supporting individuals and families through meaningful life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.
My work integrates psychology, neuroscience, educational therapy, and coaching to help people recognize their strengths, gain clarity, address challenges, and build lives aligned with purpose and well-being.
Throughout my professional journey, I have worked closely with individuals and families navigating complex emotional experiences, developmental and educational challenges, major life changes, and periods of uncertainty. These experiences have shaped my understanding that growth is rarely linear.
Sometimes, growth means moving forward. At other times, it means pausing, rethinking, adapting, and rebuilding.
I believe that even in difficult or unexpected circumstances, we can rediscover personal resources, strengthen resilience, develop new capacities, and create a more intentional path forward.
My approach is grounded, structured, and deeply human—combining clinical insight with evidence-based interventions and practical guidance.
What Inspires Me
My professional philosophy has also been profoundly shaped by my experience as a mother.
I learned firsthand how easily a child can be seen through the lens of difficulty—what they struggle with, what they cannot yet do, or what a diagnosis may seem to predict about their future.
I also witnessed something far more powerful: with the right understanding, appropriate intervention, and meaningful opportunities to develop, challenges need not determine the limits of a person’s life.
That experience strengthened my belief that every person deserves to be seen as a whole human being—one with unique strengths, real challenges, and the capacity to learn, grow, and develop throughout life.
It became one of the inspirations behind Cerebros Creativos and continues to guide my work today:
Recognize strengths. Address challenges. Develop potential—and help people build fulfilling lives.
