ABOUT ME

Wife and mother of three adult sons. I am a clinical psychologist and Board Certified Coach (BCC – NBCC/CCE) dedicated to supporting individuals and families through meaningful life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.
My work integrates psychology, neuroscience, and coaching to help people reconnect with their inner strengths, gain clarity, and build a life aligned with purpose and well-being.

Throughout my professional journey, I have worked closely with individuals navigating complex emotional experiences, life changes, and periods of uncertainty. This has shaped my understanding that growth is not always linear.

Sometimes, it involves pausing, rethinking, and rebuilding.
I believe that even in difficult or unexpected life circumstances, there is an opportunity to rediscover personal resources, strengthen resilience, and create a more intentional path forward.

My approach is grounded, structured, and deeply human—combining clinical insight with practical guidance.
